The Dining Room

The atmosphere is not overly formal in the warmly decorated Dining Room which has a commanding view of the Ballyvaughan valley and Galway Bay. From our extensive dinner menu, there is a good choice of fresh local foods, carefully prepared by our Chef Mickael Viljanen and his team, with the tastes of our guests in mind. Organic Burren Lamb and Beef are specialities, as is locally caught fish and shellfish from the Atlantic Ocean. Much of our vegetables and herbs are grown organically around Ballyvaughan.

The Dining Room is open for dinner as follows:
February, March & November - Friday & Saturday
from 6.00pm to 8.30pm (9.00pm on Saturdays).
April to October - Monday to Saturday
from 6.00pm to 8.30pm (9.00pm on Saturdays).
On Sundays we serve a Special Seasonal Sunday Menu
in the Corkscrew Bar from 1.00pm to 7.00pm.

Our ever expanding and extensive wine list features wines from every continent and includes a large selection of organic and bio-dynamic wines.

Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 10.00am or earlier by arrangement.
