In the Dining Room, our Chef Jonathan Farrell and his team serve creative and modern dishes using fresh produce from our own organic garden as well as from local and artisan food producers. Organic Burren lamb, beef and game, and fresh Atlantic fish and shellfish feature frequently.
We require at least 72 hours notice of any allergy or dietary restrictions. Please note that a discretionary 12.5% gratuity will be added to your bill. This is distributed equally between all members of our team.
Our extensive and ever-expanding wine list features some of our favourite wines from each continent, including a large selection of organic and bio-dynamic wines.
The Corkscrew Bar
If you fancy a local beer or cocktail while you’re browsing the dinner menu, join us in the Corkscrew Bar where the open fire is always glowing and you can sit back and relax in comfortable, luxurious surroundings.
Light food is served here everyday from 12.30pm to 2.30pm. During the afternoon cakes and scones are available and from Thursday to Sunday inclusive or full traditional Afternoon Tea. This should be booked at least 48 hours inadvance and is €60.00 per person.
The Dining Room and Bar are also open to non-residents and reservations for lunch, dinner and afternoon tea are essential.
