In the Dining Room, our head chef Robbie McCauley and his team serve creative and modern dishes using fresh produce from our organic garden as well as from local and artisan food producers. Organic Burren lamb and game, and fresh Atlantic fish and shellfish feature frequently. We’ve received many awards for our food including 3 Rosettes from the AA for “culinary mastery and excellence” 2021; Food & Wine Best Hotel Restaurant, Munster 2021 and the RAI Restaurant of the Year Awards "Best Hotel & Guesthouse Restaurant 2019".
We offer a 7 course daily changing set menu and a Surprise Seasonal Tasting Menu. We require at least 72 hours notice of any allergy or dietary restrictions (although we are unable to accommodate any allergy or dietary restrictions for the Surprise Menu).
Our extensive and ever-expanding wine list features some of our favourite wines from each continent, including a large selection of organic and bio-dynamic wines.
The Corkscrew Bar
The Dining Room and Bar are also open to non-residents and reservations for lunch, dinner and afternoon tea are essential.
